The American Biographical Institute founded the Women’s Inner Circle Initiative in 2008 as a way to pay tribute to, and provide an exclusive community for, women who have used their professional commitments to transcend the divide between occupation and career.  To belong to the Women’s Inner Circle means that you have risen up the professional ladder by showing a real dedication to your field and your special place within it.

Women’s Inner Circle members exhibit the following qualities:

1. Makes investments in herself and her career by taking risks

2. Knows how to problem solve and persevere through career roadblocks

3. Learns from her mistakes

4. Has grown into a position of leadership and admiration

Women’s Inner Circle members occupy a place of honor within the Women That Network community.  They are considered paragons of success and will add a heightened level of expertise and standards to all Women That Network initiatives and the community as a whole.  Their example shapes and influences the ideals that we strive for.
